This was best, beautiful holiday, hotel is perfect, very good. Clean servis , kitchen, rooms, pools ... everything ?? Thank you so much and I want to come back. We are from Czech Republic and we flew 14 hour ???????????????? See you next year.
Worse stay in Puerto Vallarta after visiting this beautiful beach city almost every year.

Barley makes it as a 3 star hotel. AC wasn’t working properly so we slept at 27.5 degrees every night. Water leak on top ot the washroom (reported but never fixed). Very poor food. Room was cleaned per request, even though the house keeper was around. Will never come back and highly advise against choosing this place. Two positives, staff was friendly and internet was good.
