Please note that Krystal Puerto Vallarta is undergoing construction of a new restaurant, gym and kids club. For WestJet Vacations Guests, while gym and kids club are completed, guests will be provided with an option to access the gym and kids club at an alternate sister property next door.
Construction work will take place during the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm and noise and dust are to be expected.
All efforts are being made to avoid any impact to guest experience.

Ricardo & Víctor & Stella BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! 5 star nothing less! Did our bed EVERYDAY! BELL boys helped us soooooo much getting from one place to another, super friendly! Taxis are regulated, they will also guide you! 100% recommend !!! We visited in December, temperatures were great 80+ degrees!

Oh my goodness, friends, please save your money; or put it towards a different/better resort option. The majority of the resort is currently under construction. It’s hard to enjoy the unimpressive pool or listen to the ocean waves when a bulldozer is working beside you. Only the buffets were open, food was bland and never different. I ate the same rice for a week straight. Helpful for my weight-loss journey but not my happiness. I still don’t know what I spent my money on. My husband and I would walk 1-2 km daily to enjoy nicer beachfront at neighbouring hotel. We spent the majority of our efforts trying to leave the Krystal for better food/entertainment/swimming. So, please learn from my mistakes.
