Great but could’ve been better

The staff and bell hoppers were very friendly, I can say the only issues we had with staying here were that housekeeping did walk into our room without knocking which caught my girlfriend by surprise and w...e didn’t find out about the events unless we actually looked for them. The restaurant where we had to reserve our seats were very good, the buffet on the other hand was a bit disappointing but otherwise we still had a blast and if we had the opportunity to visit again we would.

First, they messed up our reservation and put us in a double bed room instead of a king room. Great start for our anniversary. The AC never worked even though we told them daily. You can't get into the spe...cial restaurants. If you manage to get a reservation at the restaurants, the dress code is ridiculous. Men can't wear nice golf shorts, but can wear sweat/jammie pants. Women were wearing short (booty) shorts. All of the food was mediocre, at best. The service was really minimal. The gym is antiquated and small. More than 4 people and it is overcrowded. I will never voluntarily stay here again.
