We were very impressed with this resort. It was much smaller than many of the places we have stayed but we really enjoyed it. Absolutely beautiful. The front desk service was very kind and courteous. The h...otel and rooms were spotless and the staff were constantly asking if everything was good or if we needed anything. There were only 3 a la carte restaurants which is typical for this size resort. All three were delicious and the waiters were excellent. Especially Roman at the Italian restaurant. The buffet had a good variety the food was very fresh. Breakfast was so good. Omelettes were superb. The pool area is small and would probably be crowded during a more busy time however we had no problems. It was clean and well maintained. This is definitely a low key resort very laid back and much more quiet than most. I would recommend for couples looking for a laid back, peaceful vacation. I would not recommend for those looking for families look for a huge variety of activities or those looking for a party resort.
I can only hope it gets better

Arrived today - my king size bed booked 6 months ago, not available today. Tried to get room service - no answer. Went down to front desk, someone will call me, but look for menu on channel 2 - no channe...l 2 on tv, no call from any one, nor any answer at front desk nor room service, Decided I would make coffee instead - coffee maker but no coffee. So back again to front desk - only to be told housekeeping is supposed to provide coffee. I said that might be so, but they have not in this instance and could I have the stuff needed to make coffee - no, they don’t have that because housekeeping has gone home…thanks for nothing. Go back to my room when room service shows up with food I have not ordered. I can hardly wait to dispute that charge that will certainly show up on my bill.
