We stayed in the family resort but visited back and forth in the adult side. The Enclave adult pool there is the best! Such a vibe and Mildred Mejia was the best bar tender there. She knew exactly what we wanted to drink each day we went there. If you’re traveling with family but have someone to watch your kids or the kids club don’t miss the chance of going to visit the adult side.

Everything about this resort was perfect for us. The room, restaurants, pools, beach and grounds were immaculate. The staff were amazing and the live music in the lobby each night was beautiful. The restaurants served quality food - our favourite being Chinola. Cafè Aroma was also outstanding. I would love to know what incense is burned by the pools and walkways, it’s dreamy! The perfect holiday, we can’t wait to come back.

Our first time at the adult only side we decided to celebrate at our favorite resort but alone and we were not disappointed!! The blue bar team was amazing so attentive and made us feel so special Mildred always had a smile and ready with a round of drinks and José, Diomedy, Evelyn and Olga all we are absolutely great where ever we went they made sure to check on us and have a round ready to go. The food was ridiculously great we did a romantic beach dinner reservations at the hibachi and Mediterranean restaurant Noor when I tell you we didn’t have a single that wasn’t GREAT!! And the staff A+ Argenis Richardson our waiter at Noor was super attentive and made us feel very welcome. Our Enclave bar was a great hangout and our bartender Wander was really good he made us keep coming back cracking jokes making convo and having feel right at home and his drinks ???? will never disappoint. In short book this and you will be happy!

I recently visited Hilton La Romana, staying in the Adults Only Enclave section in July 2024. It was an incredible experience that I would like to share with you. The professionalism and client-oriented skills of the staff were truly remarkable. The service was perfect, the beach and ocean were pristine, and the food, especially at the Buffet( adults only part), Italian, and Grill restaurants (on the family side), were outstanding. The variety of dishes, fruits, cheeses, meats, etc., was really impressive. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the numerous bars were well-stocked with a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The hotel also offered excellent entertainment on the family side for both children and parents. The hotel provided beautiful views, great and spacious rooms equipped with a fridge, safety box, AC, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, iron, and ironing board. Despite its large size, the hotel felt small and comfortable inside, making it easy for seniors to walk to the restaurants and beaches. I would like to commend several staff members who made my stay exceptional: Laura Ortiz (Concierge from Adults and Family Enclave Service): Laura is polite, attentive to clients' needs, and possesses excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Her conflict resolution and management abilities are exemplary. She is always eager to help and is a knowledgeable staff member. Supervisor Juan Santana: Juan was constantly assisting all clients and hotel stuff members and educated the staff to better serve clients. His dedication and leadership are commendable. Ms. Jazmin Rodrigues (from Aroma Caffe, Adults Only section): Jazmin's constant positive attitude and professionalism made a significant impact. The coffee and Frappuccino were outstanding, and she always cheered up her clients with her positivity and efficiency. I kindly recommend to visit this Hotel ! Thank you for amazing experience!

It was great the people/ workers were so nice. Erick and powehh were amazing and made sure me and my cousins were having a great time. There very good entertainers. The rooms were very nice beds were comfortable and all. Really good place to go to when your in DR
