I have been to many Hilton Properties as a lifetime Diamond Member and I can honestly say this was the best! The welcoming staff and attention to details made for a vacation of a lifetime. I would highly r...ecommend. We were treated like family and the friendly staff was helpful at every turn.

Our stay was phenomenal. Amazing resort with amazing service. We signed up butler service and were so pleased with Michael Campbell. He was AMAZING and made our stay an unforgettable one. The food was grea...t, and evening events were a lot of fun on the family side of the property. The beach dinner and snorkeling excursion were also excellent. The casino was small, but fun with a group.

I’m giving a shout out to Olga the bartender for her excellent service at the outdoor bar, I’ll give her a 4.5 out of 5. However, I felt like most of the staff was constantly on top of me, trying to promot...e something. Also, when eating at certain places the wait staff would take my plate away before finishing.
