Beautiful place. Great value

The hotel is beautiful. Were there lil things that could be improved? Yes. Were there some food items that we didn’t like? Of course. Was it worth the trip? Every penny. It’s a great value and the whole family could go and enjoy themselves. We snorkeled right off the beach and saw many fish, sea turtles and a starfish. Jose taught me how to do the catamaran and was more patient than I deserved. We had a wonderful family vacation.
Better than other resorts, but still a resort

We paid for premium level service which was well worth it. Other family did not and were frustrated with many aspects of their stay. We had better options for breakfast and lunch at Coral and despite slow service, service was good and with fewer people, it seemed much more hygienic. Having room service included was key with a young child since they eat at different times and when ours was sick and we couldn’t leave the room, I don’t know what we would have done without it. The beach is picturesque, perfect, but near the main resort, a little rowdy and lots of trash being left by guests. Staff do a good job, but people just leave their trash everywhere! Waterparks were great. Nice to have access to both. Our little was too small for the slides at the pirate ship waterpark but loved the wave pool, so it was still a win. Overall ok experience, lots of people, crowded and some unhygienic aspects. Food options limited for those who are vegetarian and/or dairy free and/or gluten free which is fine for a few days, but gets old after day three.
