We had a group of nine people, including kids. Some of us were able to check in with no issues; however, my sister and her family were told that they needed to place a hold on her credit card for $2000 US ...Dollars! As our travel company did not release the funds before we arrived. Mind you, we all made this reservation back in February. We told them we had a confirmation number and proof of payment. They didn't want to hear anything, and they kept referring to placing a hold on the credit card so they could stay. We told them we didn’t have that amount, so they said we couldn’t enter the room unless we agreed to deposit $2000. Who does that to tourists traveling hundreds of miles?? They said they couldn't confirm the payment as the hotel administration was closed due to the holiday (Easter) - What? A hotel administration closed? It didn’t make any sense. To make a long story short, after waiting hours in the lobby, my sister agreed to provide her emergency credit card to check in until they could have the “administration” confirm that she had indeed paid for the stay. That was April 19, and she has yet to receive a refund. Other than that, the food, pool, and night entertainment were good.

Overall a positive experience. Restaurant food was great. Buffet was consistently disappointing. Hard to get restaurant reservations for dinner unless you are premium. We booked a non premium room and unde...rstood from the booking agent That you could then upgrade to premium but it didn’t work that way. Buffet was just not good. Restaurants for lunch and dinner were excellent. Overall grounds are beautiful. Kids loved both waterparks.

Great experience, beautiful resort, clean rooms, lots of activities, good food at the buffet and all of the restaurants. Amazing staff, Ana Bonilla one of the staff members exceptional customer service and... great hospitality. We Will be back there soon!

We went for our engagement trip and Jose from the Photoshop has been excellent to deal with and provide amazing photos of m’y engagement. If you or your family want to capture any special moments or do fun... pictures I’d highly recommend Jose. Thank you for everything!

We have stayed at this hotel a total of 7 times and absolutely love it! The beach is the best in punta cana, family room set up is great for those with small children, pools are well maintained and clean, ...grounds are very well kept and so much to do! Friendly staff and food is average at the buffets but the restaurants are fantastic! We will definitely be back!
