Beautiful resort but workers need customer service training

Rosa Baez and Deivi German was awesome from entertainment crew. I had a great time with them. Check-in was slow. The workers at the front desk and bartenders need customer service training, they don’t know... how to say thank you and some of them were rude with sour faces. Also While I was at the bar the bartenders ignored us and tend to the other vacationers. We are Afro-Latinas ????and they ignored us ??????? . While I was there I spoke Spanish and they answer me in English or if I spoke Spanish they were surprised and be like you speak Spanish I thought you was black??. I don’t have to explain how and where I learned Spanish or where my family is from. The Buffett food was delicious I love Maria the waitress supervisor she was always nice and friendly to us all the time so I made sure she got the tip she deserved every-time I saw her. I didn’t eat at the a la carte restaurant because they only had late seating at 1030. The TV didn’t work so I called so they can come fix it and they came the following day ?? then the electricity went out in our room I called the front desk 3xs and nobody came to repair.My mother went to the desk and spoke to them and asked for manager telling them they have not fix the issue. There was no ticket in the system to repair the electrical issue we had in our room. We didn’t have lights for over 5 hours. Good thing I had my flashlight with me while I got dress(law enforcement in me). Hotel was very beautiful and clean. Beach was very nice, waves were calm and pool was clean.

Do Not Come Here!!! The absolute worst service at any all inclusive possible! You better bring $200 plus for tipping and even then, the service is absolutely horrible and the food is miserable. Go to Jamai...ca or Costa Rica before you come to this crap! This place is huge but NOT worth the money!!!
