The Best Hotel for adult in Punta Cana, food, room, service all the personal are making you feel like you are the most important person in the hotel. This september we are going again for our anniversary, ...we try other's hotels. Quebec, Canada

The place is outstanding as to be expected. The Italian food was beyond good as was the hibachi and every buffet we went to was phenomenal. The activities from salsa dancing to archery were all fun breaks ...in pool time and the beach and pool areas were perfect and relaxing. All of this said the real reason we loved our vacation so much was the people. From our Butler Houston to Tobias the pool bartender and especially the activity gurus Smile and Black Mamba. The employees did everything they could to make us feel at home and part of an amazing experience, they are what really separated this resort from others we’ve been to.

My fiance and I had the best 5 days at JOIA Bávaro. The resort is gorgeous, clean and modern. The service is impeccable and we especially enjoyed our special treatment from our butlers Armando and Houston.... There is so much to do in the resort and it is so nice to have access to the other Iberostar resorts as well. We can’t wait to come back!
