Our concierge Julio was the greatest I’ve ever experienced. And our favorite bartenders Leli, Brandon and Thomas were the BEST!! Thank you for such a great experience. Our favorite restaurant was the steak house, and the dinner by the beach was so romantic and perfect.

Yet another great experience at Iberostar! We’ve stayed at an Iberostar before and it was such a positive experience that we decided to pick the same brand again for our first trip to Punta Cana. It did not disappoint! From the very friendly and welcoming front desk staff (Daniel) to our wonderful housekeeper (Rosa) and all the other resort employees (Viktor, Alexander, Johan etc) the customer service was just top notch!! Really amazing people! They pay extra attention for birthdays ?? (my husband got champagne, cake and notes delivered to the room for his special day) The resort is beautiful and comfortable. Aside from the extra algae blooms the ocean was very warm and soothing and the pools were great to get refreshed. We enjoyed spa services (Diana) and they have a great gym too. We loved all the variety in the food (fruits and veggies were plentiful, which I prefer) All in all, I highly recommend this resort for couples!
