Beautiful resort, service could be better!!

I went to Live Aqua Punta Cana to celebrate my birthday and stayed in a Swim Up Garden View room, which was supposed to be a VIP experience. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are honestly a 10/10. But... the service… not great. Most of the waiters weren’t attentive at all, and the room service was disappointing. The food wasn’t the best either — some of the buffet dishes seemed old. Overall, for the price, I don’t think it’s really worth it.

The hospitality was top notch! We stayed in the Terra Suit with the private pool and right on the beach! Angelo for drinks, Josoe for cabana service/drinks, Johnathan was our butler. Raquael served our dr...inks on the beach. Clean and so friendly. The food was amazing too! Will return!
