The service abroad was excellent. Our Butler, Eric (?last name?) was superior, made sure we had everything we needed and assisted with excursions! Only area for improvement would be music / live entertainm...ent along the beach and the VIP beach bar needs some attention…
Favorite vacation spot for the beach

This was our third time going back to live Aqua. The service is incredibly impressive and everyone will beat you with a smile and answer any questions you have this time I paid a little extra for the honey...moon suite and I don’t regret it at all. It came with a couples 35 minute spa session, but my husband Gave me his 35 minutes and they allowed us to use it for a full one hour session there was also a romantic dinner on the beach, which was one of my favorite memories. Even if you don’t go with the honeymoon suite, I would highly recommend looking into it. They also were given a poolside cabana for a day and a romantic breakfast, including a bottle of champagne. Our room concierge was fantastic. Definitely ask for Ivan. He was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or requests. After Ivan left, Jonathan took over for the night and was fabulous, as well. I highly recommend seeing if you could request them. The beach was a little busier than the past two times I went, however, I love the beach set up because you are not in rose on top of each other. The beach chairs are spread out. And the service down by the beach at the bar was great. Angelo and Raquel are incredibly kind And funny and are quick to check in if you need anything to eat or drink. Last year we went to a different resort and it was too hectic for us. We like the energy of live aqua, but also the quietness. Definitely recommend checking it out.
