We just got back from a week at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are stunning, and the service was everything. The food? Not great. But the staff — especially our butler and... a few standout servers — are what really made this trip unforgettable. Food: C Most of the food was just okay. Nothing came out hot — it was all lukewarm or just warm. 9 Doors, the Japanese restaurant, was hands-down the best meal we had all week. Don’t skip it. Room service was decent but still kind of forgettable. The See and Sea grill and pizza station were better than most of the buffets, especially for lunch. Now here’s the highlight: Miriam. We met her our first night at See and Sea, and right away she made us feel like family. She suggested we join her later that evening at Flavours, where she’d be working. The buffet food still wasn’t amazing, but Miriam? She made it feel like a five-star experience. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and celebrated, especially when it came to my niece’s graduation. She got the staff involved and made the night feel truly special. Her warmth, her joy, her genuine kindness, it stayed with us the entire trip, even though we only saw her that one day. That’s how much of an impact she made. Rooms: A++ Gorgeous. Spacious, clean, and super comfortable. We upgraded to the Elegance Club (Adults Only) and I highly recommend it. The private lounges were great, with snacks and drinks available all day. But what made the whole experience unforgettable was our butler, Osvaldy. If you go, ask for him. Seriously. Osvaldy was a blessing from the moment we arrived. He made sure my mom had a wheelchair on day one. He surprised my sister with birthday decorations. He checked in every day without being overbearing. He felt like extended family by the time we left. Kind, thoughtful, dependable, he showed us what true hospitality looks like. We didn’t just feel taken care of. We felt loved. Entertainment: A The entertainment team — especially Gigi and Hyceinda — brought great energy. We joined in on water aerobics, dancing, stretching, volleyball, and plenty of games. The foam party was a blast, and the nightly shows were a fun way to wrap up each evening. The team made you feel included without pressuring you. Pools: A Lots of options, always clean, and plenty of loungers. The Bali beds were a fun extra. Even though we had access to the adult-only pools, we kept going back to the main pool because that’s where all the action was. Plus, the poolside service was quick and friendly. Bars: A The drinks flowed and the service was top-notch. The Silent Dance Party at the lobby bar was easily one of the best nights of the trip. Caroline stood out from the crowd — warm, engaging, fast, and fun. She remembered our names and our drinks, and she made the whole vibe even better. She had the kind of energy that just pulled everyone in and made the night memorable. Final Thoughts The food won’t blow you away. That’s the truth. But if you care about the people, the experience, and how you’re treated while you’re away from home, Majestic Elegance has something special. The Elegance Club upgrade is worth it. And if you’re lucky enough to meet people like Osvaldy, Miriam, and Caroline, your stay will be better than you ever expected. Would I return? Not for the meals. But for the people? Absolutely. They’re what made this trip one to remember.

This all-inclusive resort was the first I've been to, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I came for a destination wedding, and really wished I could've stayed longer to enjoy the resort without any (albeit neces...sary) interruptions to my day! I have learned that I'm TRULY a "sit back and relax" person, and this was the perfect place to do it. It's gorgeous, lots and lots of nature, beautiful beaches and perfect pools (for me). You have a Butler (ours was the amazing Orlando!) who keep you posted on day to day activities and meal times for all your choices. Some places were better than others, but I'm taking this trip as a trial run. I'm realistically determined to travel again to this resort so I can hang out, grab yummy food, maybe get a massage at the spa next time... I'm genuinely excited for it. It was a great stay where you didn't have to worry about a thing! Stress-free if you plan it that way!

This trip was definitely one of the best trips I’ve ever had. The staff is definitely amazing. DAYFREISY PAULINO was one of the best hosts that I have ever had here she’s amazing. She’s beautiful and she k...nows how to treat the guess! she’s very attentive and she stays on point!!! I will come back because she made this trip definitely great!!!!

We just got married here & stayed for a full week. Our stay was amazing. It’s a beautiful resort & the most of the staff was phenomenal. Jose & Juan, the butlers, truly made our stay so special. They were ...able to get us every dinner reservation we wanted, even a same day request for 18 people. While my now husband & his groomsmen were getting ready, they came & brought beers to them and made sure they were all set for the big day. Ishmael the bartender worked so hard to serve our group of 50+ people all day long at the swim up bar & made our drinks quickly. Alexander was one of the wait staff during our wedding reception, and he was constantly making sure I had whatever drink I wanted. Marina was our day of wedding coordinator & she made sure everything went smoothly and helped us get through the movements of the day. My husband & I, and our families & friends, already want to book another trip back here!

What an amazing trip! I had the opportunity to try food from all the restaurants and it was really good! I didn’t try the sea food restaurant for dinner though. We had an amazing butler Orlando who went ab...ove and beyond for our family! We loved sitting by the elegance members only pool where Jenny, Santa, and Felix were. They were all so fun to talk to! We also enjoyed our drinks made by Gary at the hotel! I would love to add that all the employees were so friendly!! Overall it was a great trip and I would highly recommend going!
