The only four great things were the cleaning girl, Denis. She was terrific and friendly. Junior in Breathless was one of the guys who helped you and cooked you food was beyond helpful and friendly: On the... other hand, I am not impressed at all with this resort. So many plates were chipped, and the butler was useless. I never got my room services, and my room was hot. The guy in the preferred pool area, Angel, was rude. He saw us get towels but didn't offer to help us get a seat or anything because he was too occupied looking at his phone or following people to the beach Area to talk.

Friendly hard working staff and food was good. We loved the beach with clear water you could see the fish. Excellent snorkeling between Dreams and Breathless . The lazy river was so much fun! I found the ...comfy bed. I did bring damp rid and needed it for our room. The entertainment was great as well. Will definitely be back.
