Just got back from my first time at this resort. It shows its age in places but seems Barcelona is upgrading but by bit. The buffet was average. The itailian and Mexican restaurants were pretty decent. The... pizzeria was great but wish they opened for lunch too. The taqueria wasn’t great. The royal restaurant was wonderful. Great staff and food! We had a hiccup with the bidet leaking though we never used it. Were given a new room no questions asked. Most of the people we talked to are repeated customers that come here time after time. The staff were wonderful! Some standouts were Tomas our housekeeper, Wendy and Hippolito in the royal restaurant, and especially Willy Bruno in the royal bar that made the evenings very fun and memorable.
