Lovely well appointed resort . And amazing meal this evening at Flora - delicious Dominican fare . And so well looked after by Starlin our server . He was especially attentive to our needs and the food allergy of one of our family . Chef Leandro and team are doing a great job

I would never go back or recommend it to anyone. The worst thing was the food, the service, the lack of friendliness of the staff and the reservation system. The adult sector is full of kids. It's boring, there's nothing to do.

We stayed at the adults only area with Basillio as our concierge. He was amazing. He spoke perfect English and remembered all of our names ( there were 4 of us). He was very responsive when we had questions or needed to change something. He made our dinner reservations and recommended places we would like to eat after finding out what we liked. The only thing that could have been better was the food consistency. Example, We loved the Kicks burger but went back the next day and it was completely different. Japanese restaurant a la cart was not good at all. That was our least favorite. Sante service and food was our favorite. We loved Gustavo at breakfast and Miseal at dinner! Edwardo was always making sure we were happy. Thank you gentlemen!

The beach is beautiful. Even on rainy days, it was very relaxing at the resort. If you come in a rainy season (like December), skid-free shoes are very helpful because most of the resort is open to the elements and the flooring is very slippery when wet. The servers are tremendously attentive. Yafreisy and Yessica in the Lunch Box buffet are very pleasant and their service is excellent! It was a pleasure to sit in their section at breakfast and lunch because they are friendly and accommodating. Gold stars are also due for Manuel, Ricky, Marya and Maira in Lunch Box! We enjoyed chatting briefly with them when they came to our table. Their interactions with us made us feel at home among friends. Juan at Santé and Manuel at Mina are great, too! They willingly gave recommendations for our meal that were delicious and their service is what you expect at a fine dining restaurant. We can’t forget the Activities staff. The dance classes are fun. The staff member who led the Mama Juana experience (Dec 19) and the Ceviche and Margarita experience (Dec 20) was great! He made sure everyone enjoyed themselves.

We are staying at the Paradisus Palma Real and our stay is fabulous so far! The resort is very clean and the food is delicious! The staff is very friendly! The Mexican restaurant is delicious! We have a 2 bedroom suite. It is perfect for our family of 4!
