This resort offers a beautiful and peaceful environment, but unfortunately, the service is only 1-star. Overall, I’d give it 3 stars. The food quality is just below average for an all-inclusive, and the staff generally seem very low motivated. I wouldn’t recommend it!

We spent a beautiful week at this gorgeous resort. The place is very beautiful and the staff are all nice and friendly. Anything we asked for was done in no time to make us feel at home. Our concierge Anayely was very good and made sure that we had everything we needed to spend a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Let see. View and hotel are amazing but staying there is a disaster as at all Melia / Circle or whatever they call themselves now. Different names same crap . Starting from rules and regulations (go here, eat this or buy it - I'm talkinf about all inclusive ) selling people you some memberships ( trying- dying that's how bad it is). So if you want to overpay and ruin your vacation go to Melia /Circle resorts , which are amazing but destroyed by management.

Excellent stay at Paradisus Palma Real - I loved every minute there!!! The hotel is beautiful, food is delicious, drinks are great and service is impeccable. Right on the beach, with several beautiful pools, and great entertainment, I could not have asked for a better getaway experience. Highly recommend it, and I will definitely be back!
