Hi, I'm Ana... The best hotel of all the ones I've been to, I really liked the texture. It's beautiful, the old-fashioned with the modern. Good waiters, excellent entertainment, especially Fernando Chipa f...rom the entertainment department. I give it a 10 out of 10. Thank you. See you soon.

Great location, clean, good food and the staff was mostly pleasant. Getting our room cleaned seemed to be the only issue. Sometimes early morning but others times early evening. Our concierge, Francisco, w...as great! Plan to return next year.

Flora Restaurant was great. All the plates we ate were delicious. Our waiter Jean was responsible for our great evening. All the plates were good. I recommend the Sancocho Ahumado and Cocofish… definitely... we’re coming back to taste the other menu.

Most amazing vacation! Beautiful room. White sandy beach with beautiful water. Our concierge Bascillio was the BEST! So friendly and informative, however not overbearing whatsoever. We didn’t want for an...ything. Felix brought our room service with a smile. He paid attention to detail. Overall we had the best experience and cannot wait to come back!!
Don’t stay here

I was staying in room 1022 on the second floor and the security guard said I can’t sit on the cabana even though it’s right in front of my room. He made me get up even though know one was using them. Don’t... stay here if you want to sleep on a cabana. The hospitality at this hotel is horrible
