Secrets Cana Punta was above and beyond what we expected. Was there for my wedding anniversary along with my wife's sister and husband who also celebrated an anniversary. We were all impressed with the fri...endliest staff and their great service attitudes. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the restaurants were all great especially with the food menu options leaving you impressed with each and every selection. Would highly recommend this 5 Star resort!

This hotel is wonderful and one of the most luxurious we have stayed at! All the staff are exeptional especially our butler - Darling who was very kind and helpful and the wonderful Madelyn who works at th...e infinity poolside! All the food and drinks were delicious especially the Japanese restaurant which was a firm favourite in out party!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING we loved it we have been to the Dominican 3 times my favourite Caribbean island. This hotel is a 10 for me the staff can’t do enough for you there’s plenty to do it’s sooo clean live mus...ic round the pool daily my fav was the live piano he was amazing. We was there as part of a big group but me did pritty much our own thing. The only 1 downside and I Only have this one thing is to get a bed around the pool or on the beach with a parasols is you need to go down early which for me personally isn’t a problem as I was up to watch the sunrise which is absolutely breathtaking. I would 100% recommend and return. Outstanding stay

For an all inclusive resort and spa experience, the resort could have catered a little more to my vegan choices but my son was very satisfied with the menu! The pool s are delightful and service is terrifi...c. The rooms have various features and facilities and if discontent the staff will try to accommodate. The activities outside of the resort were quite pricey but did show a side of real life for the locals and the booming eco tourism with the wonderful market gardens and jungle… guides tried to be entertaining and funny but were limited when asked questions outside of the script. But were also prepared to find answers!

My husband and I badly needed a relaxing getaway and we are glad we chose Secrets Cap Cana Preferred Club. It was the perfect blend of fun and relaxation! Our concierge, Ricardo, couldn’t have been nicer ...or more helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach; Xiomara, spoiled us and made us feel like we were her new best friends! The beach is beautiful, clean, & safe. The beverages and food on the beach were great - the water was warm, and the ocean breeze was just what we needed. Kayaks, paddle boards, & sailboats are available if that’s your thing and If not, there are so many fun activities throughout the resort… try it all! The restaurants were top notch & everyone is there to make your experience perfect. Our favorite dinner spot was Himitsu; the hibachi show is fun but don’t miss out on the a la carte menu; the variety and quality is fantastic. We highly recommend Secrets CapCana and look forward to going back.
