The resort was very nice and beautiful. Room was comfortable. We did not have preferred club. The beach had nice, soft sand and clear water. The water activities of hobe craft and kayaks were fun to use. P...lenty of chairs by pool and beach, get the best ones by 9:30. Manuel was fantastic, personable and friendly in the swim up bar area. The activity people were fun, not pushy and have fun activities. We did a “booze cruise” and I don’t know which company as I didn’t book it. Just vet any activities you book. Part of it was the seaquarium- such mistreat of animals. Living in very small spaces, so sad. Once you leave the clean and Beautiful resort you will find the country over run with trash- including the waters.

This is the best resort we have ever been to. The hotel, beach, and amenities are absolutely beautiful and they look even better than the photos. The staff are all so lovely and happy, and really make sur...e you have an incredible holiday. We particularly loved Eliman (in Bordeaux), Jose (on the omelette station) and Beyonce (in Entertainment). On a personal level they were just so lovely and made an effort to recognise us each time we saw them. We would come back just to say hi!

One of the best resorts we have been to. It’s beautiful, clean, service is amazing, drinks are amazing, food is good. Our butler Ricardo was exceptional. Took care of making sure we had everything we neede...d . The Italian restaurant was our favorite and our waiter there Jernado was fantastic. The entertainment staff do a wonderful job with music and activities. They made my birthday super special. We can’t wait to go back!

I cannot speak more highly of the staff here. They truly go out of their way to make your experience 10/10! Definitely worth the “preferred” experience. Our butler Darling really lived up to his name. He... was the best! Our servers poolside, Maria and Esperanza, made us feel like family, and like we were home! We did not want to leave.

We have stayed at multiple Punta Cana resorts and this one beats every single other resort by miles. Customer Service at this resort could not improve as it is already perfect. While we were at the pool/be...ach we always had someone ask us if we needed something to drink/water/food. Everyone was kind and we had amazing interactions with the staff. The beach is clean and shallow for everyone to enjoy. The pools are also amazing as there are activities and bars where you can get drinks and enjoy under the sun.
