Another fantastic “Excellente’” trip to the Majestic Elegance Club in Punta Cana! My husband and I just finished our week stay (4th time) here in paradise for our 20th wedding anniversary and once again five stars! The service throughout the resort was amazing starting with our Butler Olbis, anything we needed he was right there waiting on us. The lovely host Darleny greeting us with a smile, kisses and just amazing energy every day. The amazing pool/beach bar people Maxima, Angelina, Santa making sure our drinks are flowing and energy is high and Joel and Walliam making sure all is good with towels and whatever else we needed. We will miss this place but will definitely be back again with our family. Till next time…

The Majestic Elegance is truly a GORGEOUS resort. The staff here is truly the best! I've traveled to lots of different countries and the staff here is unbeatable. We arrived the day it reopened and it went so smooth. The general manager Jose Maria is top notch. There are too many amazing workers to list but here is a few. Henry is the BEST butler ever! Rosa at the upper is super sweet. Roberto, Miguel and Manuel at the lower lobby bar are phenomenal. Visit them in the evening and you won't be disappointed. Raphaela, Amelia, Santiago, Mirurgia at the beach buffet are such beautiful people! You have to visit the club section beach bar and see Maxima, Santa, Angela, Joel are truly the most amazing individuals. The beach is stunning, the rooms are gorgeous and the staff is top notch. Can't go wrong going to the Elegance. Have to give Henry one more shout out........He is one of the most hardworking and kindest man you will meet.

Resort is beautiful! Rooms are clean! Restaurants are very good! Service outstanding ! Was on club side with swim out room. Perfect location. Butler was wonderful and very accommodating and accessible at all times! Fifteen of us and he treated every room outstanding ! Osvaldy, our butler, was amazing !!!

Checked in last night … Paid extra for club level.. why? Our room is like the worst room! There is no view at all. I enjoy my balcony. It’s facing a service road ! all evening trucks going by, sounds like chainsaws going construction ???in the morning you have trucks going by and reverse beeping noises starting at 5:30 I asked to change rooms last night before we even unpacked ! But was told no rooms available.. My Butler I tried to explain the situation and how unhappy I was .. he looked into it and told me last night that he’ll help out and that I will be very happy tomorrow. Well here’s tomorrow and he just comes down to say sorry there’s nothing anybody can do.! We are only here for 4 nights and it’s my friends birthday ! WTH A lot of the staff are very rude .. will not recommend this resort ! rudeand just put it on a plate whatever I took it…

We had a wonderful experience at elegance Mirage. Their staff was welcoming, caring very attentive. Restaurants were wonderful, our Butler. Le Lus was outstanding took care of every need from making reservations to making sure we had everything in our room we had a beautiful sweep that was kept immaculate We cannot say enough, good things about this resort I want to mention Naomi, who is a hostess at the Italian restaurant she went out of her way to make our evenings wonderful as well as at lunch I also must mention the French restaurant the food was exceptional atmosphere beautiful the wait staff was very attentive!!! Would highly recommend this resort to anyone that’s thinking about visiting Punta Cana
