From check in to check out our experience was great. We were treated well, requests were quickly managed. The staff were all well groomed and looking sharp. Even the younger were staff were cordial. ... There a few people that stood out with exceptional service …always doing more . Upon check in that helpful person was Lenzy . A la Carte that person was Genesis. Last but not least was Ketty at the beach bar/restaurant . Everyday she welcomed us to her section, Ketty was hard working, patient with our language barrier , and added touches from Ketty makes everyone really appreciate her . I noticed many families enjoy her their interaction with Ketty. Beautiful lady. Would highly recommend. 5****

The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that our vacation was wonderful. We were always greeted with smiles and we were treated like family! Every meal we had at the Royal Club was enjoyable be...cause of the outstanding hospitality we received from the staff.
