Resort was average. Beach area had alot of rocks when entering the water. Please bring water shoes. Pool area was okay as we had to share one pool as the others were being renovated. What i didn’t like was that the workers were cleaning the pool as the guests were swimming. Alot of gunk was left in the water. Reception was not very helpful when checking in as we did not know of the amenities and entertainment being offered. They tell you to download the hotel app but who's going to be on there phone while on vacation. Personally I would have liked more verbal communication. Service was okay but the workers are selective on who they want to help. A few times I had to approach them for drinks, napkins, utensils etc. Room service was okay. I had to leave a note for the cleaning crew to leave extra blanket and water for our room. In our first night we were extremely cold as the bed only had a thin sheet. We were missing a warmer sheet. Hotel is big and alot of waking so be prepared ro walk alot. I wasn't to happy about the nightly entertainment. Some performers looked un interesting and lack of enthusiasm. Also the theater is being renovated therefore the entertainment was not that enjoyable in my experience.

Javier handled omelets he was fantastic we were here for 2 weeks and every morning he had my husbands eggs ready we never had to wait today is are last day and my husband was in the back of the line Javier went above and beyond and made his eggs and brought him to the front of the line!! We give him a 10/10. Thank you Javier for your incredible service!
