We stayed 5 years ago it was so lovely so we stayed again this year but unfortunately we was very disappointed ?? The staff are not very friendly especially those that work at the beach bar and eatery in fact I found them quite rude. I am from the UK we did not feel very welcome as the Americans always seem to get served first. Our room was cleaned to a high standard but everything was damp and the air conditioning unit was so noisy I could not sleep and freezing cold ?? we did try and change it with no joy .The entertainment was almost identical to what it was five years ago although the dancers were very good it was very boring watching dancing every night with all the girls showing their bare bottoms which I think is unacceptable in a family show. The food was also very samey and not very nice at all and repetitive breakfast lunch & dinner and the cocktails are just loads of ice so you can not actually drink them normally ?? also if you enjoy a cigarette you are now treated like dirt as there is only one seating area outside with no ashtray we were instructed to stub out on top of a concrete bin which looked awful and this area is at the back of the court yard away from everything and everybody and if it rains there was nowhere else to go. We will never holiday at this hotel again it has totally gone down hill on every level.??

An amazing team(professional,friendly,hard working) a great resort with everything you need. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit tired looking, apart from that it was an amazing holiday.
