Amazing server at Las Olas! Gerardo was very attentive and accommodating while we came for supper. He is a very friendly man who speaks enough English to describe and explain the menu choices to us, great with kids as well!! ????????????????
Great time !

I had a fantastic experience at the teppanyaki restaurant! The show was entertaining and made the meal so much more enjoyable. Watching the chef’s impressive skills and fun interactions added a unique touch to the dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. I would highly recommend going if you’re looking for great food and a memorable time.
Great staff.

Staff are very good and professional. Our room was a romantic villa, it was lovely. This hotel is surrounded by the jungle so be ready for lots of beautiful animals, they are everywhere. The only negative thing I can say is if you were to scour mexico for wobbly dining tables you wouldn't find any, this hotel has bought them all.
Unfortunately not what I paid for or expected!

Stayed here, 3-111 December. When we arrived no welcome drink or barely a welcome. Got to the check in desk after approx 30 mins. Checked in but wasn’t given any info about the hotel other than this is where your room is on the map. Wasn’t asked if we would like something to eat after our very long jiourney! We ended up at the buffer restaurant where there was a bit of a queue, food was plentiful but as others have said most only luke warm. Got our very outdated room, seemed clean however the met curtain looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for several years! Beds were comfortable and air con was ok. The staff work very hard and most are friendly and helpful however a few are rude and not interested. I agree with some other reviews that say some nationalities seem to get preferential treatment! The beach is lovely however the sea is very rocky so shoes a good idea. The food choice in the buffer is good but can get repetitive, the Thai a la carte is worth a visit however the Italian and Mexican I found very poor. The menus shown on the app are completely different to the menu in the restaurants. Drinks are good however no cocktail menus which I was expecting and is helpful. Sometimes you need to get an extra shot so that you can taste the alcohol, we found the beach bar had the best drinks. We checked out to find out you have to pay a beach tax!!!! ( bit of a joke as it’s not spotlessly clean!). Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel, I have been to much better in Mexico.
