A sister hotel to where we stayed but you can use the facilities at all of them. It has the most relaxing and stylish lobby. The bar will tender to you and the staff are all fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and there are a wide range of drinks available. I would highly recommend staying in any of the connecting hotels on the complex. The restaurants are extremely well catered for and the food is good and plentiful. I will definitely visit again. There is a beautiful church around the side and it’s so peaceful and relaxing.

Our multi-course meal at La Adelita this evening was excellent. Kudos to our server Jaime for his excellent presentation and service. The usual restaurant is under construction, so we ate in the alternate location by the beach. Good times. Muchas gracias!

This is the second time we have stayed at this complex. It’s very big but has transportation between each of the hotels. There is currently works mostly going on in the White Sands hotel where one pool is closed. There can be a bit of a smell around there but it’s something to be aware of. The colonial buffet, steakhouse and Mexican restaurant is currently closed for refurbishment. HOWEVER there is still more than enough places to eat and drink. The hotel does an EXCELLENT job at keeping all areas clean and tidy. The staff are so lovely and you will want to bring them home with you. There is also plenty of friendly wildlife here so it is a good retreat for normal life. The main issues we found was deserts, in each of the restaurants the deserts were not very appetising.

For the most part we had a fabulous stay. The hotel and all facilities are extremely clean, there were people constantly cleaning around the proerty. The gym was very well equipped. My husband and I had massages, I got a special package that included a 50 min massage, 25 min facial, and 25 minute body scub, it was amazing! The lobby entertainment was really good. Our favorite spot was the sports bar, the AC was cranking. The specialty restaurants were good, we ate a Portofino twice, the gnocchi was delish. The Brazilian steakhouse was way too salty for my taste. The all inclusive food is just that, it's ok. What we didn't really care for was the clientele, most of the people here at this time were South/Central American/Latin, and they were extremely rude. The resort seems to alighn more with that culture, and that's fine, I get it, we're in Mexico, but not everyone spoke English, so there were some language barriers, played a lot of charades to get our point across, and that's fine, but hald the time I had no idea what I was eating because nothing was posted in English at the buffet. Maybe it was the time of year we went, not sure, this is the only reason I would not go back.

Luxury hotel very clean and tidy. La Hacienda has amazing service especially Pedro , Alberto ! Marcelino is the best at making creps ! Had one every night during my 2 week stay and i don’t regret a single one ! Lots of variety in food so there will definitely be something you like .
