So great overall! Wanted to give a special shout-out to the sports activities they have those were so fun. And another shoutout especially to our archery instructor, Gael Victor, who was actually amazing —... he was a great teacher and because of him I hit bullseye ???? everyone he taught is practically Olympic ready now ??

rooms were a little warm but great food and service! The bartenders were great and really nice and friendly. the sports bar was a great place for lunch and the pools were not hardly crowded. the only probl...em we had was the room being a little warm.

A great family hotel, and also a quiet one - no forced loud music at the pools, no late night noise, which has been our issue at previous hotels along the coast, particularly the Riu chain. This hotel is ...very similar to other hotels when it comes to food. A few buffet options, and if you’re lucky you can book some of the restaurants. We ended up trying them all except for the Japanese which was always booked. Friendly staff, good WiFi - the only issues we had were the soda bed being very uncomfortable indeed (we rotated so everyone had a bad night in three!) and the fact that the hotel is quite isolated, meaning expensive cab rides to Playa Del Carmen. It’s a pity that there isn’t another way of getting there. We stayed at the Colonial resort - very nice, but we liked the look of White Sands (despite it feeling more of a professionals place - loads of desks and people pushing products). The sports complex was excellent - if you get up early then it’s not too hot for some pickleball or tennis!

donald does really well collecting players for various activities and running a competitive friendly game all staff do a really good job and are friendly amazing relaxing resort excellent food with big ver...ity no complaints!!! muchos gracias everyone ????

This was the best experience I have ever had albeit it was also my first all inclusive trip. The resort grounds were amazing. The pools were just so relaxing to be in and with the drink bars always being w...alking distance from the pools was just amazing. The beach was also great although the seaweed was kind of a problem. The food options were also amazing although difficult to book reservations using the app. Was told late to speak to the concierge to obtain a booking and missed a couple of opportunities to dine at specific restaurants. The daily events were fun. The rooms bedsheets were alright. The television in the rooms was nothing spectacular and actually had issues with screen stuttering and it blacking out despite audio being outputted with no video. Despite issues with the room, everything about the resort was phenomenal and thats not even including all of the sports and activities. The shuttle services between the Kantenha, Colonial and White Sands were efficient and even for medical aid, they were professional and efficient when providing medical assistance to guests. All staff members were incredibly friendly and kind.
