Amazing destination and amazing service! ENRIQUE and the activity coordinators are next level. The individual palapa cottages really make you feel like you are on vacation and nestled in the natural enviro...nment is such privacy you just don’t get anywhere else.

Love the property and the employees. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They’re great with even the slightest of the details. Will definitely come back. If you have the pleasure of meeting ENRIQUE, ...you want him as your waiter. He’s such a great worker and person. All of the employees are magnificent.

The facilities are good. I really enjoyed the beach and the different activities every day. The nightly shows are great, especially the Mayan show. The best part was Children's Day, celebrating with the fa...mily and enjoying the activities for the little ones. I'd like to mention that all the activities were fun, especially the balloon fight—definitely something I'll always remember. Valeria and Josue, the Kids Fun staff, made sure my nieces had a wonderful time.
