Beaches need cleaned

So disappointed that the beach was not clean. I heard the tractor on the last day but I never went after day 2. It never was cleaned off. It was horrible the seaweed. I go to an all-inclusive to be on the... beach. The pools were nice but I prefer when I go to spend the time on the beach

The staff and hotel are amazing! They take very good care of you and if you have any issues they help out. Carlos was our butler and he did an amazing job for us in the privilege. The food was excellent an...d the room was very clean. They take very good care of the resort to make sure it is looking its best for all the guests. I would recommend staying here to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
