Great Staff Experience

I am rating this resort 4 stars purely for the staff working there. The resort itself is alright. I would definitely upgrade to privilege or el beso as there are a lot of limitations without it. The entertainment is also just alright. Nothing too exciting and if it rains be prepared to be bored. However, the staff made the experience memorable. I didn’t run into a single member who was annoyed. Everyone looked like they were happy at all times and were also happy helping you out. I want to give a special shoutout to Alan from Blue Moon restaurant. My family was gone all day for an excursion (which make sure to get all details including time because what we thought was a 2 hour shopping trip ended up being 7). Anyways we were hungry and looking for somewhere to eat. The Blue Moon restaurant was full, but Alan made an exception and let us in when I said we were wanting to eat right away. Such great service from him and the food was amazing!

Wow,just wow! Amazing hotel and staff,great and delicious food,each night you have different themes cuisine plus the options of many other restaurants on site like Italian,Mexican,Asian etc .Rooms were cleaned every day ,great newly renovated rooms.We had great time and definitely would recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy Mexico ????
