Gala night at the buffet dinner location was wonderful! Luis and Deisy were phenomenal servers, Luis knew so much about the wine we were enjoying, definitely going to look up a few of his recommendations w...hen we get home! So nice, and great time!

Our Butler was Luis and he was amazing from the very beginning. Answered any questions we had and always made sure to make us feel at home! Love the resort and all the events. Food was pretty decent. Only ...wish the pool was open later than 8pm. 5/5

My husband and I left today after spending 3 nights at this resort. It was next to perfect! The food was superb. From breakfast to lunch to the a la cartes we were satisfied with everything and the staff w...ere all so polite and not pushy for tips. There is a cute little ice cream shop that was such a great treat in the evening. Mikes coffee was such a nice touch. I was worried to get haggled to buy bracelets and rings etc (I understand that this is how some make money) but there was none of this. The rooms were kept clean and stocked fridge daily. The beds were comfortable and we had such a great sleep we were able to catch the sunrise every morning. We did a trip the cenote and a snorkeling trip which were both amazing. One thing in particular I found exceptional was the ease of check in and out. It was easy and fast. The resort is quite large so getting to know our way around was hard at first but everyone made it so easy. This resort to me was a 9.5/10 - the .5 would be the seaweed on the beach. I am a beach person so this was a bit disappointing. Not the resorts fault, just Mother Nature doing her thing. We were able to take an uber to the public beach where it was a bit nicer. Pools were big and some are quieter and some more for the party folk. I have travelled and have been to many resorts this one is a gem. All in all we are planning our next vacation just with our kids next time. See you again soon!!!

Been coming here for 15 years. Love it! If you visit see if you can get Oscar for your butler. He is great! The Pools, restaurants and staff are terrific. They really take care of the rooms and resort. Ver...y well maintained and clean! Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Coral & Turquesa Resort! The location was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. One of the highlights of our trip was the exceptional service we received fr...om Oscar. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly valued as guests. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made a big difference in our experience. Thanks to Oscar and the Ocean team for helping make our trip so enjoyable and memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
