We just got back from the resort our butler Sebastian was amazing. He took care of everything we needed from making our dinner reservations to checking in with us everyday. The check in was easy and quick.... We had 2 ocean front suites above the privilege restaurant which we used a lot for breakfast and lunch. It was shaded and about 75 feet to the water. The foot was really good and the waiters angel and many others made it fun. I have come back rested and recharged. See you in the fall for 2 weeks. Remember you can’t control Mother Nature. There is seaweed/seagrass. But it was cleaned up every morning and twice a day. We were in the ocean everyday. Can’t wait to go back

Jose pool concierge is excellent, friendly and smiling, so attentive. the towels are always available for you. He asks if you want water and keeps you topped up all day with ice in a bucket to keep it coo...l. Ricardo is amazing. He keeps your drinks topped up all day in the Privilege pool. Always friendly and helpful. Lovely to see his smiling face ?? They do anything to make your holiday perfect.
