Royal club ain’t that Royal

The resort is gorgeous and the grounds are well kept. But Royal club was disappointing- instead of being a quiet retreat for adults with exceptional food, service and atmosphere; it’s become kid’s club. We’ve never seen so many kids running around the pool and eating by themselves in the restaurant. The kids were even in the bar. Isn’t there a rule about being accompanied by a parent? I wouldn’t waste money on Royal club- it’s not all that folks.
Royal Level Concierge Staff

I would like to recognize the Royal Concierge staff for always offering professional and caring service throughout the years. The staff has provided help with questions and recommendations. More importantly, they helped to arrange a doctor visit at the hotel and one visit to a local doctor who specifically spoke English. Furthermore, staff voluntarily accommodated room changes due to my traveling partner's arthritis, within just a day or two. Consequently, by the end of my vacation, I feel grateful for all their assistance! The staff changed since my visit in November 2023 to my last visit in April 2024, but the level of service has not. Sandra and her assistants Cristina and Mariely are always cheerful, attentive, and helpful. I would recommend you stop in, say hi, and find out about what is happening that you may not know about. They are a great resource to enhance your stay in the Royal level of the resort.
