Disappointing and not worth it.

Save your money, this place just isn’t worth it. It’s not that nice, low quality amenities, and staff aren’t helpful. I will say definitely don’t go during any kind of peak seasons because you won’t get a ...lounge chair by the pool or beach. I tried every day to get a chair with an umbrella and was unsuccessful. I was told I couldn’t reserve anything but there were reserved chairs everywhere. I was told to place my belongings on a chair to keep it all day, but then the pool concierge just removed my belongings while I stepped away for lunch (you can’t eat poolside or on beach due to birds). So I spent a ton of money to soak up some sun and spent the trip walking around looking for a chair or just in my room. The staff will not go out of their way to help you, they just shrug their shoulders. Most of the food is very mediocre so I ended up eating meals in town. There’s only the crummy buffet for breakfast and lunch, very dissapointing. I will say the place is clean and the location is cool because you can walk right out to the 5th. It’s just not at all worth the price, no convenience there.
