Check in took oven an hour even though we were Diamond Club. Upgrade was not given though we are supposed to get if available and it was. Operator and Diamond Club don’t answer the phone. Been here 2 night...s and room hasn’t been cleaned and no turn down service as promised. Room service never showed up and they are not responding to text or answering the phone. Hard to make dinner reservations. Most of the food is terrible. Beach had seaweed all over it. When I tried to make dinner reservations the person told me 2 of the restaurants don’t exist.l, they do. Front desk told me I had to go down 2 flights to get to Shadow Bar. Turned out it was right next to the front desk but employees don’t know anything. Ice cream place closes on the afternoon so nowhere to get desert at night.

Pool is nice, service is incredibly slow and you hear no more than you hear yes. They continued to run out of everything; food in the restaurants,beer at the bar-it was crazy.Staff wasn’t overly friendly &... reservations were impossible to get
