Beautiful resort, walking distance from Xcaret park at huge plus and the staff is amazing and helpful. Room - bedding extremely comfortable! Room cleaned daily, service nice Really enjoyed our time at the resort especially by the beach area and infinity pool! Wildlife every where. service was perfect from start to finish. We will definitely come back.

Appears that “Members” are treated differently. Had we known we would not have gone there. Bar was members only.

Beautiful resort! Well be going back. There are some repairs needed in halls, but they sit outside and with humidity and hurricane coming through, it's to be expected. They were doing alot of repairs when we were there. Main buffett was hit or miss but could always find something to eat. Look for Monica she made it special there. All staff was very nice, got to see animals and did several excursions. This will be a place we will frequent and bring our family to. Room was huge, junior suite. Only complaint was only one small trash can and ac had hard time keeping up a couple of days. It was bearable, but we also brought a fan. Only suggestions we have are, include map and activities in a welcome pack for everyone when they come check in. Should have shuttles all day going through as we seen alot of older people struggling with the walking. And fans in theatre area to help keep mosquitoes down and help with air circulation. Other than that, love this place! I like how spread out it is, with all the people there you never feel on top of each other. Very quiet rooms, very clean. Very impressed.

We enjoyed our stay. The resort was beautiful. Dinner time was a bit difficult as reservations were required and difficult to obtain for most restaurants. There were only 2 options for dinner without reservations and were always packed. Also, restaurants with reservations required pants for men which was not enjoyable with that humidity.
