Absolutely a must when you're in town for many reasons. The price is fair considering what you'd pay anywhete else in the city, the location is fantastic, safe and walkable to many amenities, but most importantly the rooms with their maritime nod and top notch bedding are world class. The staff will accommodate even the most finicky patrons (us), and have you regretting you've got to leave the place to go home.

I did not stay in here but used the lobby and I loved this hotel. This was my second option and only second as lots of people say don’t stay at Fisherman’s Warf but next time I visit San Francisco, this is the place I’ll be . Amazing location, beautiful hotel . Don’t know the rooms but I’m sure it’s great. Cable car station, Ghiradelli is next door .
