Grand Hyatt Union Square was overall amazing. Steve at check in was wonderful and set the tone for my entire stay. They truly value their World of Hyatt members and I would absolutely stay there again.

Over Priced Buffet Breakfast

Breakfast advertised as if it was free with no pricing anywhere then you get a bill for $35 PP won’t go back.

This is the best location with great view/great price in the city of San Francisco. The rich culture around each corner and easy to access to by just walking within minutes. My family has such a great time here with 100% satisfaction in this hotel. The only regret was that we did not realize they have a fancy window shade until the moment we are ready to say goodbye to the hotel. LOL.

Parking and Greeting Staff excellent! Check in/out staff excellent! Value very good but destination fees is more of a bait and switch tactic..not happy with that. The room was updated, clean and the bed was perfect. Location is absolutely convenient! Marketing should capitalize on advertising location location location. Looking forward in coming back...Feel free to send me discount offers.
