Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Apart from the initial surprise of not been previously informed of their required full deposit prepayment at check-in, everything else about my stay at the GH was excellent, especially the room, housekeeping and Concierge Team of Joanna and Liz ??

I agreed an online price from hyatt website, but my card was declined on the day I was supposed to check in. In place of getting charged the agreed price, at checkout, I got charged the full price (65USD more) without the employee making me notice nor explaining this price difference.
