Just come back from an 11 night stay at this hotel. Clean, friendly staff, great food, especially a shout out to Tessa (great asset to this hotel) Shem, Arnold, Jimmy and the two older ladies in the restau...rant. Yes, we may of had to wait a bit longer for food a couple of times, but we were on holiday so didn't see as a problem (need to take in consideration they were not fully staffed) and were always looked after and communicated too. Great free shuttle service between sister hotels, with our all inclusive deal also including the hotel in town (not beach). Great value for money and overall great stay!

The rooms are a little tired. However more than made up for by being clean. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We were all inclusive. Bar open 11 to 11. Good selection of local drinks. Watch out the rum pu...nch has a lot of rum! Different choices at breakfast every morning. Much food can take a little while to arrive however not an issue. Bus once an hour to the beach or you can walk yourself in just over 30 mins. Packed lunch can be ordered and you can ask for a cool pay to take water and beer in. No issue with sun beds. Pool clean and cool. 2 minutes walk to marina where you can get a latte etc if you want. Pidgin island also worth a walk to 40 mins walk. Enjoy

We are just back from 10 days stay at the Marina Haven. Everything we found to be just perfect. The staff made it for us, they are very attentive, polite & kind. The 2 older ladies & Tessa are a credit to ...your team, everyone is so friendly & we were blown away by the menus, everyday being different & plentiful! The hotel itself is basic but immaculately clean, the bed was huge & very comfortable, a little louder music at the weekend from neighbouring hotels but it is a holiday & everyone is enjoying themselves! No complaints from us, we loved it!

Absolutely horrendous - do not go there ! Quality of the furnishings are awful, loud nightclub next door, surrounded by industrial units, miserable staff, average food, couldn't wait to leave, eventually g...ot some compensation from the operator. Such a disappointing time.

Comfortable clean hotel with friendly staff. Variety of food options including the opportunity to dine in the sister hotels, Great mixolologists who try very hard to ensure you enjoy your drinks. Good va...lue for money. Well situated with shuttle bus options to the beach and sister hotels.
