I went with my partner, and sister in law and had a really good time. Every staff knows who you are, they are very welcoming, very friendly. They pay great attention to details to make your stay better. It was my sister in law’s birthday and they did a little decoration for her, and even got her cake and sang happy birthday. It’s the little details that make the day better. A huge thank you to all the staff?? I really recommend this place.

Lovely base for our holiday, great shuttle service to and from the beach etc. They were all very nice staff, helped with anything....we were only bed n breakfast which was great as a small hotel no need to be all inclusive as to eat and drink in Rodney Bay was cheap.

The staff really do make this resort what it is. Rooms are basic yet clean and comfortable. Quiet and chilled during the daytime but loud music of an evening. I was woken at 0240 on Saturday night by the music. Although we were booked on All Inclusive, we only ate breakfast here, which was abit hit and miss, so chose to have lunch and dinner at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort. I stayed here as a solo parent with my 6 year old daughter, so we made use of the shuttle service to go into Rodney Bay for shopping and to spend time at the Beach Resort. Overall a lovely little resort, reasonably priced in a great location

Absolutely lovely experience From the staff to the food to the cleanliness My family really enjoyed our stay at the bay gardens marina haven The food was delicious and i love that they cook their authentic cuisine. The staff was amazing special shout out to Sean for the cocktails I loved that they played music in the evening, even had karaoke one evening. Cute and quaint hotel, you can take the shuttle to the other sister hotels which we did for lunch etc but nothing beats Marina Haven for us.

Basic quiet hotel. Reception staff helpful but don't always give correct info, times and prices wrong. They charged me accommodation tax twice and they said this was a computer error. This was refunded a week later after lots of emails . Checking in was quick. You get a welcome drink which you collect at the bar and then carry your luggage up a couple flights of stairs to room. Rooms are dated and basic but do the job. We where moved as the balcony chair was ripped (still not replaced on us leaving, as on the same balcony) and other issues, which was resolved . On arrival the air con didn't work, they repaired this the next day just before we moved rooms. The room keys open other guests rooms, my daughter went to wrong room and our key opened the room 2 doors down. Informed hotel.  The bar staff are 5* (Shem, Sean and Arnold) They are friendly and chatty and make the best cocktails. Unfortunately there was a cocktail hour on a Thursday and Geraldine was covering the bar and said she couldn't make cocktails as she was covering and only could do rum punch, so not really a cocktail hour. Food varied from ok to very tasty. In this hotel it was alternate buffet and 3 course basic menu. When ordering from the  menu it took nearly  an hour to get food, so don't have early evening plans. Some nights as a vegetarian it was very limited. You can eat and drink with the all inclusive at the Bay Gardens Garden resort, the menu was more varied and service quicker. If you book with Tui you can have 2 meals with a drink at the Beach resort hotel with package. There was entertainment at beach resort. There is an hourly shuttle bus to the other hotels but again don't rely on the time table. The hotel is very quiet and not much space in evening to sit and chat to other guests. However there is a small bar outside which guests chat to others. There was entertainment one night and this was because it was Creole festival. On Saturday nights these is a nearby nightclub that has the music very loud till about 3am which can be heard in  the bedrooms (no fault of the hotel here). However they could mention this. They organize a bus to fish Friday at 10$ return. It should leave at 8 but left at 830 and pick up is at 1020pm. The only other trip hotel organized is a market trip. But we booked trips through online sites. Deborah and reception try to make your stay comfortable. As said before bar staff make the hotel. As some waitresses and drivers came across disinterested. The bed was made and rubbish was taken from the room everyday. Clean towels on request and if more tea and coffee needed can get from restaurant. The hotel appears clean despite looking tired. The is a good size and shower good
