Really loved our stay here. The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable and the staff were so kind and sweet with my little boy who is autistic. We felt like family there. It was nice to be able to use the beach (sister) resort, however the barmaid at the beach resort was unnecessarily rude and unfriendly to both myself and other guests. All the staff at marina haven were fantastic! We would love to come back.

I love this place. If you want a typically local experience, with great local food and wonderful local staff, this is the place to come. Deborah, the head of housekeeping, is possibly the most extraordinary member of any hotel staff that I have come across. She makes birthdays and anniversaries so special for guests and the other staff follow her example of genuine kindness. The bar is just great with rum flowing and the chef knows how to cook- the food is yummy, even if you have to wait a decent time for it. Rooms are very clean and I would recommend a central balcony room, looking over the pool on one side and Rodney Bay on the front side. If you go all inclusive, you won’t be disappointed and the offer of the cool bag for beach visits is great. The shuttle bus is very regular and convenient. This was genuinely one of my favourite ever hotel experiences- they treat you like family and it isn’t fake. I forgot to tip them and I feel so strongly about their great service that I’ve sent a tip in the post - I wouldn’t normally do such a thing but they are special

Just returned from Marina Haven and we had an amazing holiday. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made our visit extra special. There is an excellent choice of food and this is such a lovely hotel to visit to relax or use the other resorts via the shuttle bus. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again, thanks to all the fabulous staff especially Deborah for making our holiday so special ??

Just love the Bay Gardens experience. This is my third visit and it’s very friendly and welcoming. I totally enjoy the reaction of the staff how pleasant they are, the tidiness of the property and room. Just love it. Will continue to make Bay Gardens my home away from home.

Lovely place. Friendly staff. Efficient shuttle service. Access to all the facilities is an awesome idea!
