Please note the following enhancements and interim arrangements:

Excellent location, would not recommend the all inclusive as outside food options are far better.

Excellent location and a lovely beach. Hotel needs some maintenance and the restaurant could do with a refresh, both in decor and in the food, but very easy to walk to other restaurants. Overall a very ple...asant place to stay as long as you don’t want to eat there.
Beware of Villa upkeep and lack of response from management.

We had reserved a Villa and were placed in Villa #1. I think the staff at the desk, Vernel from housekeeping and George James the shuttle driver were excellent in their duties, and had a great, friendly... disposition. John (last name not noted), the other shuttle driver, had a perpetual, unfriendly attitude, was rude, always angry, berating, and therefore unsettling to be around. Krishnal, who had ample opportunity to fix much-discussed shortcomings at the villa, failed us miserably, as two major issues were never resolved. The dishwasher was never got fixed which meant we had to hand wash dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans for 10 people after every meal. In addition one couple never had hot water for their shower and caused another couple to have to get up early so that the couple downstairs could use their shower each morning. Also the dining room light and oven were not working fully. It was very unprofessional not to get any response from the manager even when we complained about these issues on a daily basis. We got the response that she would get back with but never did. Way too much money was spent on this Villa and these inconvenience were not minor issues.
