Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

The hotel is always extremely clean and staff is very helpful. I’ve stayed here twice a year for the last 7 years. The staff always welcomes me back and the bartenders remember my order. The beds are nice ...and comfortable, and it seems like they provide 5 different thicknesses and softnesses of pillows so you can always find one that works for you.

Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is one of my top hotel every time I visit the area each year. The hotel is clean and updated, rooms are pristine, and I love the location. The staff is excellent. The beds and pillows... are SO comfortable. I love staying here every time.
