What an incredible surprise! Despite being right next to the airport you don’t hear a thing. The secluded location give you both privacy while being close to everything. The rooms were bright and large,... great accommodation and great staff. I was lucky to be upgraded to a bay room king room which was very nice and serene. I visited the hotel attending an onsite conference, and every room and food service for the 3 days have been one of the best if not the best in my experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay and very attentive service even to a very large group!

This is my 2nd time visiting the Grand Hyatt . I had a wonderful stay, beautiful hotel, with 2 great restaurants, 2 pools, and conveniently located, staff is very helpful & friendly! The only thing I miss...ed was my morning boardwalk stroll; the boardwalk is still out of order due to damage from the hurricane last year.

Everything from the rooms, to the food, to the pools was awesome! I would recommend anyone stay here for any reason! We will definitely be back in the future! I'm excited to have breakfast there again, the... avocado toast and freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious!

Honeslty don’t go here if you like high end resorts or assume the Hyatt would be same. Check in process was awful, not organized and the nice “suites” are so far away from everything and were under constru...ction and a mess. Pool was small, pool bar closed, not impressed at all. Will not be back.

Wonderful property in a great location! The rooms are clean and spacious and the housekeeping staff does a wonderful job keeping the aesthetics up to par. Sherrill was a delight upon check-in and Sam kept... us entertained and comfy at the pool/pool bar. You won’t be disappointed!
