Blue Haven was a great experience for us - the maids and cleaning staff were outstanding. Service for meals was a little slow but nothing outstanding. Breakfast was pretty decent (French toast was a must). Lunch options are good at the pool bar (chicken sandwich for sure). Both dinner options were also pretty good at Blue Haven (Beef Tenderloin/Filet Mignon/Local Seafood) One night they hosted a buffet - live singer event on the beach and Monique was AWESOME on stage, the food all around was very tasty. I don’t like seafood usually but the options here changed my mind…. The private beach was very relaxing and the staff is very quick to take any orders once they knew you were settled in. I must highlight the BEAUTIFUL WATER! The only complaint I’d have is not having a balcony but that’s not the end of the world. Alexandra resort beach was a nice change of pace as is a larger beach - we enjoyed both very much! I really do need to shoutout the staff here, 5 star experience because of them - Specific individuals below listed for really making this trip an amazing time (they deserve a raise $$) : Raymond, Makayla, Smiley, Pedro, Harryson, Cadet, Deland, Jen, T’ Ange, Nicola, Mikey, Daphne, Brandon, Natalie (I am sorry if I forgot any names!)
Do not get the "all-inclusive" package, and if you need a latte before 8am this is not the place for you!

The resort is easy to get around since it is on the small side which is a plus and most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The reason I gave it 4-stars is because I have been to a lot of all-inclusive resorts and the amenities and services are not at all what they should be. I paid $15k for a 7-night stay in their two bedroom penthouse with another couple so expected for the all-inclusive price to have a lot more than we had. Simple things like a robe and slippers even. We had robes day one and they took mine and never brought another one back. We ran out of paper towels which were not refilled for several days, and no matter how many times we asked the cleaning crew showed up around 4pm each day which was when we were all coming in to shower and get ready for dinner. There was a gigantic deck (which is included in the square footage) that had a small couch and 4 loungers on it with nothing else, it was weird. We did not even use it because there are no umbrellas for shade and the days were very hot. The food was ok, but very hotel like and the only snacks you can get between meals are grab and go items from a cooler that one day was covered in ants all afternoon. The all-inclusive part is around $2250/person and I am certain we did not get that level of food. If you go, I suggest not doing the all-inclusive, it was definitely not worth it! My biggest frustration and very first world problem was that you cannot get a latte until 8am when breakfast opens, which is frustrating when you are a morning person and up 5 or 6am. There was a $10 coffee maker in our room with 1 regular coffee and 3 decaf packets or you could get questionably fresh drip coffee in the lobby if you like that (I do not). They did have a market across the street where you could purchase one at 7am but I stood outside until 7:10am one morning and left because no one came. It was the same in the afternoon; no lattes after 3:30pm. They have watersport gear, but what we wanted had to be rented. The manager did ask about our stay while there and he was very nice and receptive to our feedback. He prepared a special dinner for us on the beach our last night for our 25th wedding anniversaries which is why we were there. Overall, it was fine, but it was very disappointing for our 25th anniversary. I definitely wouldn't go back.
Fantastic family vacation!

This was our 4th visit to Blue Haven since 2022. Our parents and daughter joined us this time. We always come back from vacation telling everyone how much we love Turks and Caicos and especially Blue Haven. So we were so happy to have them see for themselves why we love this island so much. It’s amazing how every trip manages to exceed the previous trips. The staff really is top notch… the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. We come back every year looking forward to seeing them. This trip was no exception. Winchel was there to greet us with rum punch and take care of our luggage. Delcardo checked us in promptly. Shaneka was always available if we needed anything. The wonderful T’Ange is there to answer any questions about resort activities or excursions. She is so knowledgeable about her island. We can’t thank Vanessa enough for organizing a beautiful sunset dinner on the beach for our family on our last night and let me tell you it was the icing on the cake. We still can’t get over how special she treated us. Cadet, who was our server that night… provided us impeccable service from beginning to end. We were blown away! Francisco was there every day checking on us to make sure everything was great and we didn’t want for anything. He is the epitome of hospitality at its finest. Every morning we look forward to being greeted by Daphne, Nicola, and Garth at breakfast. Also, Gerald was still there making the best omelette I’ve ever had. Nicola was really helpful in helping my Father in law get his blood pressure medicine that he left at home. She gave us the name and number of the urgent care and we went there and got him a prescription. At the pool bar, Nattalee is the best bartender serving up delicious drinks and making sure my cup is never empty. Also, Roldor at the beach grill always giving service with a smile. We didn’t do any water sports on this trip, but it is always great to run into Kamar around the property and chat with him. The entertainment crew was amazing! Our daughter had a great time participating in the trivia games and karaoke nights. Shout out to all of them for all they do to keep the fun going… Smiley, Tishane, Tweety and Coco! And the lovely Patricia who we visited every night after dinner in Cafe Agave to get ice cream and dessert. Can’t forget about our guy Sly at Infused 360 Bar. He makes a great Dark and Stormy. We had the best time as a family making memories that will last us a lifetime. Our daughter, who is a well traveled 12 year old, said Turks and Caicos is now her favorite destination. She literally shed a few tears on the plane as we were leaving. Another one has been bitten by the Blue Haven bug. What more can I say? We’ll be back next year!!
What a trip!

We had an amazing time at Blue Haven! The staff was very attentive and alway helped with a smile! The drinks and food were top notch, and the amenities were great too! You could kayak, paddle board, or jump on the water trampoline. We will be back!

Great beach and beautiful accommodations/scenery. The beach was beautiful! This resort was quiet thanks to the small boutique size. Top notch employees especially Angi the Reception Office Supervisor - she was especially helpful, kind, and professional!!
