We have no complaints of the room. The beach was ok a little small. Lack of entertainment. When you arrive to the property there is nobody there to greet you. After looking around we finally saw somebody waving at us from an office where we went to be checked in. There is no 24 hour room service! found that odd. In the restaurant Salt which is located in the property, while I was waiting for my food I saw a RAT coming from the bathroom to the kitchen. Didn't say anything I was just done with the disappointments. In overall we will not return to the Blue Haven. One of the resorts that we were able to visit was their other property called Alexandra. Wow it was much better experience... but we are writing about Blue Haven and we are giving this property 3 stars no way this is anything above it.

I really liked the property. The beach was a decent size but it's set up nice. They provide equipment for kayaking and SUP. They have outside area around firepits to lounge around. The coconut bread for breakfast is really good. It was the perfect relaxing getaway. There's not much in terms of stuff to do but I wasn't looking for that. The service staff was very helpful and friendly.

My wife and I went for 8 days to celebrate our Anniversary. We totally loved the experience as the resort was intimate, relaxing, and peaceful. We had intentions of going to the Sister resort but never did because we so enjoyed our time at the Blue Haven. I enjoyed kayaking daily to the mangrove and watching sea life. We did go on a few excursions for snorkeling and a sunset cruise and both were enjoyable. Everyday we enjoyed Daphne seating us for breakfast and Gerald making us our personalized omelettes. We enjoyed the great service of Gaelle on the beach and although I didn’t get their names. I enjoyed the seven staff members at the sand dollar or kayak service and towel checkout facility. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. Shaneka was a very attentive manager and took pride in the events. Every day and night there were activities and music for fine dining experiences. We enjoyed the stocked refrigerators, the all inclusive characteristics and the attention to detail and cleanliness. This is a vacation I would do again as it was everything we had hoped for. We would recommend the Blue Haven and a vacation to the Turks and Caicos!

Last month, we took a trip to Turks & Caicos to celebrate my milestone birthday (30!) ?? We went off brand this boutique-style resort. It was small enough to not have to walk a half hour to get from one side to the other, and big enough to have all of the things we wanted…pool, private beach access, water sports, swim up bar, a selection of restaurants, and superior customer service. We were checked on daily by the a manager of the property, Shaneka. She was probably the most attentive resort manager I have ever met. She put such care into meeting and talking to everyone. We saw walking around EVERY DAY with her notebook, taking notes on all of the important things… The things that were important to her guests. She didn’t just make notes… She made things happen. She found out that it was my birthday we were celebrating there and was made sure to spoil us. From the first day to the last she made sure we were nothing but 100% happy. Her right hand, Makayla, was so incredibly helpful getting us acclimated to the resort, arranging transportation and helping us communicate with the tour companies. Garth and Daphne were two of our favorite servers in the restaurants. They were very attentive and provided great conversation and service. Daphne would see us coming down the hall and be ready very quickly to seat us after writing down and remembering how to spell my complicated last name in the book! Wisneither from the water sports group was our tour guide on the clear kayak tour and was so friendly and entertaining. He was so well-knowledged about the area and taught us a lot. He made sure the tour fulfilled our wishes and went above and beyond to give us an experience we will never forget. Smiley is part of the entertainment crew and he has the perfect position. He was so friendly, funny, and you can just tell how much he loves his job and keep the guests entertained. All of the bartending staff were so friendly and attentive. Service was all around so high quality!! Natalee was quite often our bartender at the swim up bar. We loved talking to her. She remembered our favorite drinks and meals to eat while we were enjoying those drinks at the bar. We also loved Pedro! He was the best. He helped us on the beach with drinks and waited on us throughout the resort. Everyone at Blue Haven was always ready with a smile and friendly conversation. The moment we left, I missed everyone we met at Blue Haven. We found the perfect balance of relaxation, fun, and activity here. We highly recommend T&C, and this resort specifically. When you go, be sure and do the clear kayak tour and get out on the water on a boat! This place was Heaven. Thank you! ??????

Where do I start? Let’s start with check-in. Angie was amazing…she gave us the quickest tour in history but after that long flight, we were just ready to get in the pool. Then the rooms were set up like an apartment with full washer and dryers and a balcony to die for overlooking the water. Once on the beach, Mikey wasn’t hard to find. He was like a private butler and catered to all your needs. Smiley and Tweety made sure you were always entertained and make sure you get an omelette by Gerald. I’ve never had an omelette so good in my life. We typically go on vacation after Thanksgiving week so there is no crowd. It may have been 40 people on the resort the week we went and we loved it. Thursdays, the fish fry in town is a MUST. The entertainment there is outstanding!! And the food??? Wow! Only downfalls to this trip was the weather didn’t cooperate like we wanted it to but all in all a really great trip!
