Just spent 4 nights in a Gold Junior 1 Bdrm King suite. Absolutely fantastic! From the very comfortable suite, to the super friendly cleaning staff, lounge staff, and concierge staff, we were treated wonderfully. Not a hint of anything negative from check-in to departure. We will be back. Highly recommend going Gold for the experience of being pampered!

My husband and I stayed in the gold king suite- upon check in, the staff at the front desk were very warm and friendly, and offered to send extra pillows to our room once realizing that I was pregnant. I felt that all of our expectations for the care and professionalism from the staff exceeded our wishes for a relaxing vacation to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and last weekend away before our first child arrives! Thank you so much to a fantastic team!!

Stayed for 4 nights in a king bed guest room . I had booked a two queen guest room, but upon check-in we were told that a room was not guaranteed for conference attendees and rooms would be assigned upon arrival. This was not our experience the year prior when we stayed in a one bedroom suite as conference attendees. This room assignment was problematic as we were a group of 4. They brought a rollaway, which barely fit in the room. 3 people sleeping in one bed is not ideal and only feasible in this situation as it was one adult and two children in the bed. The room was an accessible room with a shower only. The slate shower was in rough condition and I couldn’t stand to look at the floor. The bathroom had a shelf for extra storage and that was nice. Asides from the room fiasco and bathroom that needs refurbishing, everything else at the hotel was great. Lovely breakfast buffet, very convenient ski valet and wonderful pool facilities. I love the pool here. It’s so warm that you can easily transition between the hot tub and pool. It’s very busy when the lifts close, but everyone fits. Drink service is nice and I also enjoy the self serve coffee/tea station. Having status as an All Accor member is pointless. Although we have platinum status, we’ve never been able to get late checkout or early checkin and I’ve only asked twice across all of our Fairmont stays. The only perk we’ve received is the welcome basket. The basket you get in a guest room is very sad compared to the one you get in a suite.

Amazing stay and the most beautiful view ever thank you for everything. We had fun .yummy food also........................................ Also wanted to thank Roel for his help. We will visit again .the city is worth visiting.check the city is beautiful.

Another great stay at the Fairmont Whistler. The food in the Gold lounge was amazing as usual and the hotel beautifully decorated for Thanksgiving! The kids loved all of the activities they participated in too! We love this Thanksgiving tradition!
