Noisy, maybe good for families, alternating attitude towards customers

Good: Location, the outside heated pool, the concierge service, the breakfast food selection. Bad: Sauna and steam bath small and loud, little unsupervised kids coming in and out, no quiet relaxation area.... Ski rental extremely expensive, for one week as much as new skis. Restaurant requires credit card secured reservation from hotel guests, service with alternating quality, often very noisy. Staff in general with alternating attitudes towards customers.

We did not like the hotel at all. The rooms are pathetically small and the furniture is falling apart. There was no recognition of our Bonvoy Titanium status, so be aware of that. Overall, I would rather n...ot go back ever. There are many other places that are far superior for the money...
