I work in hospitality and never been treated as terrible as here the front desk girls where extremely rude and not helpful at all, I saw them making comments about us when we try to check in, feel it a bit racist in my opinion! not recommended at all
Convenient hotel for village stroll

The hotel is located steps away from the Gondola. We stayed for my birthday with our 2 month old baby. We requested for a crib and it was setup in the room when we came. Our baby is too small for the crib so we had to ask them to remove it instead. I liked that the kitchenette is complete with the basics, the bathroom is spacious and clean. We went on weekdays so unfortunately there was no breakfast buffet. Need to take stairs to get to the pool area. I wish the hotel specify it somewhere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will always consider to stay in this hotel.
