Very nice hotel. Reception was very friendly. Alberto checked us in and he was very helpful and kind. The bartenders and animation team were great. Love it here! Beautiful place. Beach and hotel were lovel...y! Overall great experience would definitely recommend it's lots of fun!

We are returning guests since 2006 (19 times). Contrary to last year we find the services and the facilities very good. A special thanks for the services of Yarelis, Yariana Oneil, Danay, Yadina Norberto, ...Ernesto, Joel, Johanis and many others. You make the stay very pleasant. A special mention to the reception ladys Arais and Mirelis. Thanks a lot. We hope to return soon and find the same smily persons. This beautiful hotel has been the SPECIAL ONE for us since we visit Cuba.
