Great time at Blau

I really enjoyed my stay at Blau, we had the hurricane to deal with but the staff were amazing.Amazing service by Yulliete at Pool Bar, she always smiled and made everyone feel special.I loved the Animation team and loved the Aqua Fitness. Beach was amazing and the Chill Out bar was great. Blau welcomed the people from Sol who lost power during Rafael and there were so grateful.I thank all the staff and management and other guests who made it a great week
Our 9th Stay at The Blau.

We had a wonderful 9th stay at The Blau a few weeks ago in October. A special thank you to all the staff that made our stay fantastic, from the bar staff in the lobby and pool bars, to the waiters in the buffet, and our maids. But especially to Rosie(Rocio in customer relations ) who provided us with our requests from 8th floor room with coffee maker to late checkout. We enjoyed the a la carte and burgers at lunch by the pool. It was so good to see the live band Charisma again. We were there during the massive power outage Cuba experienced but with Blau generators we didn’t really notice accept no internet for last day and a half we were there. It was good to see Ernesto in the new coffee shop as he was definitely one of the reasons we returned to The Blau. Can’t wait to go back.
