Cuba is amazing!!!

Amazing resort! We came here with two other couples and had a fantastic time! The food was very good, resort amenities were way better than expected, and the staff was absolutely amazing. Our butler Noel w...as very attentive and met our every need. The executive chef Jesus prepared an amazing array of food for the week. and Sabrina was absolutely incredible when it came to making sure everything was well taken care of!!! The beach was always immaculate thanks to Carlos. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!!!

Definitely not a 5 star

Staff was friendly, met some great people from Canada. The beach/water was lovely, but got several sand flea bites (lwgs and arms swollen and incredibly itchy). Rooms were run down, food was sub-par (as i...s typical of Cuba resorts) with limited variety, including at a la carte restaurants. Food in Veradaro was terrific (bring US cash), but it was unfortunate that we had to go into town for a decent meal and spend extra cash. Would not return to this resort.
