I had an amazing stay at Grand Memories in Cuba! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The resort is beautiful, with stunning beaches and top-notch amenities. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh food even Canadians will love. Our room was comfortable and cleaned perfectly each day. The activities and entertainment were fantastic, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The pool bar tender, Orlando, was amazing! He knows how to keep the party going. Julio was our butler for the week and he was always on top of booking our next dinner and checking in on us always. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway!

We arrived Tuesday night before Hurricane Rafael, and we were able to get dinner at the buffet and have some drinks at the lobby bar before bed. Wednesday and Thursday our rooms were without power but we didn't mind at all. We were still able to shower and use the bathroom. During this time, only the lobby and buffet had power, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was fed and having a good time. Once power came back on, things started to open up again, and the staff were working tirelessly to get things back to normal. Rayner loves to get people involved in activities at the beach and pool. He is such an amazing person and works so hard. Louis at the lobby bar is kind, caring, and compassionate and is such a hard worker (and his smile just lights up the room). Michael at the lobby bar is always so friendly and helpful. There are so many other people I'd like to thank for our amazing stay that i didnt get the names of or was able to meet, and really, that includes all the front staff / behind the scene staff that do so much every day. We appreciate the long hours, the hard work, and the effort they put into their jobs. It doesn't go unnoticed. (If you could pass this message on to Louis, Rayner and Michael, it would mean a lot). So for me, I will 100% come back to this hotel as the people made me feel at home. The beach by the way is stunning as well.
