Yaite render a very exceptional customer service at the accommodation. The swimming pools, the various restaurants, the sea area and entertainment that was presented during our stay was very well received ...and of the a very high standard. Well done to the team at Grand Memories.

I had just spent a week at Grand Memories Varadero, and it was amazing. The main lobby entertainment was awesome every night. Entertainer Lilliana was very friendly and was always waiting to greet someone.... She was extremely friendly and had always been having a good conversation with somebody. She was definitely one of my favourite entertainers. The magician Eliecer who was also at the front lobby was amazing as well. Not only was he very sweet and ready to greet new guests, but he also would entertain the other guests as well. He had so many magic tricks that he could show and they were extremely impressive. The entertainment at the lobby was amazing. We went to the beach or the pool everyday and the entertainment there was great. Every single one of the pool entertainers were extremely friendly and fun to watch. They were always singing and dancing, and they occasionally had other activities going on for the guests. During the day the pool entertainers kept my family busy and made our trip much more enjoyable. During the evening we would sit in the lobby and the lobby entertainers had kept everyone busy and happy while waiting for the disco to start. I would highly recommend going to Grand Memories for the awesome entertainment.
